*********************PLEASE READ************30-45 Minute meeting where we will discuss design, fabric selection, payment schedule, fittings and due dates. A parent or guardian MUST be present. Due to Covid-19 regulations a mask or face covering is required to be worn the entire time of our meeting to ensure a safe and clean environment. Please consider that there is limited space in the studio so no more than 2 persons(Mom and Dad or an adult representing you as Parent or Guardian) are permitted and no children are allowed. Any additional person(s) will be asked to wait outside. We provide custom design services for sizes 00-16. If there are any other special accommodations needed please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please come fully prepared with any ideas or inspiration for your desired look. Absolutely no replicas of another designers design unless it was an original Brandon Warren Design. This booking is for female attire only. The consultation fee is Non-Refundable and 50% of this fee will be subtracted from your final balance if you decide to get the work done. The other 50% will cover the time of our meeting. If you decide otherwise you will not be granted a refund. If you are experiencing any symptoms of the Flu, feeling sick, or experiencing Covid-19 or any other illness please contact us no less that 24 hours prior to your appointment by text or email to reschedule your consultation at no charge. If for any other reason you decide to cancel your appointment prior to the scheduled time you will have forfeited your consultation fee and prom registration spot.However, securing a registration slot does not guarantee you a spot. The Designer has the right to decline services to anyone. In that event a refund will be granted. Any other cancellation is an automatic forfeiture of your deposit.********************** Please note that this is a custom process which means there will be custom pricing for every garment produced. A general estimated starting price for custom Prom Gowns start at $1500.00 for short dresses and $2500.00 for long gowns unless otherwise specified. A 33% deposit will be due 30 days from the date of your consult. Please arrive at your designated time for your appointment and keep in mind that lateness may result in additional fees or an automatic cancellation.
